- How do refunds work?
Within 14 days of your first payment:refund any time, no questions. The first cycle is on us if Brand Pulse isn’t the right fit.
If our pipeline didn’t send any briefs in a billing period (cron failure, provider outage): automatic refund of that period. No time limit — a system failure is on us whenever you notice.
If our logs show you never opened or clicked any brief from a period:refund within 30 days after the period ends. We can see the engagement signal; you don’t need to prove anything.

Cancelling stops future billing but doesn’t auto-refund the current cycle; use the link in your purchase receipt to manage the subscription in Stripe.
